Yes. Recurring donations provide reliable, year-round support for families and allow us to plan more thoughtfully for the future. To make a recurring donation, simply select the “Recurring Donation” button on our donation form when giving online.

However, we completely understand that circumstances change. You can adjust or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us via email at cradlefoundation@cradle.org or by phone at 847-733-3227.

Yes! To help keep the Cradle Nursery fully stocked, you can order much-needed supplies like diapers, rash cream, thermometers and more through our Amazon registry and have them sent directly to The Cradle (ATTN: Nursery, 2049 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201).

Please note: We do NOT accept donations of used items such as car seats, baby and children’s clothes, adult clothing, blankets and accessories, and open packages of diapers.

Yes. You can make your gift in commemoration of a friend or loved one under the “Gift Information” section of our online donation form. If you are donating by check, include “in memory/honor of [name]” in the memo line.

You can also purchase a commemorative brick, which is custom engraved with a name, anniversary or message and permanently displayed in the brick walkway outside our building.

Yes! The Cradle is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means that monetary donations are 100% tax-deductible. The Cradle’s Tax ID Number (EIN) is 45-0506764. 

However, certain donations in which the donor receives a good or service (e.g., event tickets or merchandise) are not tax deductible or may only be partially deductible. We recommend consulting with a tax professional for specific advice regarding your individual tax situation.
