About Us
We met on a dating app in 2021 and immediately connected. We quickly became part of each other’s lives, sharing holidays, celebrating milestones and making memories. Over the next three and a half years, our relationship was filled with endless laughter, adventures and amazing vacations. Then, on Hannah’s favorite holiday, Christmas, Dan asked her to spend the rest of her life with him. We were married shortly afterward, surrounded by the people we love most.
While the path we initially imagined for starting a family changed, adoption had been something we talked about from our very first date, and we feel incredibly grateful that it remains part of the story we are building together. Throughout our journey, we have come to learn that facing challenges side by side and supporting one another has only deepened our love and has made us even more grateful for the life we share. Looking to the future, we are excited to continue that journey by growing our family and filling our home with the same love, laughter and adventure that has brought us together.
Dan, From Hannah’s Side
Dan is truly one of the most patient and even-tempered people I know. Whether he is discussing a new house project or listening to a nephew excitedly describe a video game he is designing in his imagination, Dan always lets their enthusiasm take center stage. His warm smile, genuine curiosity and ability to make others feel heard help everyone around him feel welcome. He has a wonderfully childlike side, whether he is playing silly games with Wiggy or running around with his nephews. Dan also has a naturally calming presence and handles unexpected challenges with grace and adaptability. While he is respected by his colleagues and often sought out for his leadership and advice. He is also adventurous and outgoing, with a love for traveling to new places and trying new foods. Above all, Dan is a loving husband and devoted dog dad who is always thinking of ways to make life better for me and Wiggy.
Hannah, From Dan’s Side
Hannah is a kind, caring, compassionate and loving person. She possesses the effortless ability to love and support those closest to her. She is a dedicated professional who selflessly chose a career centered on caring for others. Her warmth, smile and presence provide a calming influence to everyone around her. Hannah has a passion for exploring the world; she has traversed the globe, explored new cultures, tasted new foods and made friends along the way. One of my favorite traits about Hannah is her profound sense of self. She knows who she is, and has the courage to be her absolute self. Every day, she shows me and those around her that it is okay to embrace who you are. Above all else, Hannah is the woman I am honored to call my wife. She always does her absolute best to ensure everyone feels loved, supported and cared for.
About Wiggy
Wiggy is a precious rescue pup who has been part of the family since she was tiny. She is an American Terrier/Husky mix. This energetic girl lives for playing ball in the backyard and going on sweet evening walks with her family. If she wants something, she will let us know. Wiggy spends her days keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood bunnies and squirrels. Most importantly, Wiggy loves children. She has so much love to give and would truly adore being a big sister.
