Class of 2025 Video Photo Call

The Cradle creates an annual video to celebrate the incredible placements made throughout the year.

We invite you to submit your original placement photo or a newer photo of your family with your adopted child(ren) for use in this video. 

If you would like to participate, complete the form and upload your photo.

Deadline for submissions: Monday, Dec. 15.

I hereby release and hold harmless The Cradle from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the materials specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the use of my identity or likeness in all media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, websites, emails, and promotional materials and agree that any uses described herein may be made without additional compensation or consideration of me.
