Join Cradle Counselor Carmen Knight at 12 p.m. on Friday, July 24 for an interactive webinar on ethical considerations in infant adoption. This session will focus on the treatment of those considering an adoption plan and ethical considerations for hospital and social service professionals.

There will be an overview of best practices in adoption and small group break out rooms to apply those practices to real life scenarios you might see in your line of work. Learn how you can best serve and protect this special group of clients you work with so they can do what is best for themselves and their families.

This webinar will be limited to 25 participants and a waitlist will be available. Participants will need to have their video on during the entire presentation and participate in break out rooms. This workshop is eligible for 1 ethic continuing education (CE) credit for social workers, nurses and licensed clinical professional counselors. To earn the CE credit, participants must use the Teams’ link included in their registration email, attend the entire presentation and pass the post-webinar exam in accordance with continuing education (CE) credit regulations.

CEs are available upon request via The Cradle, an approved provider through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, License Number 159.001174 for Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) CEs and License Number 236.000102 for Nurse CEs. This webinar is eligible for 1.0 CE for live attendees. Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors and Nurses outside of Illinois should contact their local regulatory board for transfer process.
